HACCP standards
HACCP- " The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System" as the name itself suggests implies a system of ensuring health safety of food, and pursuant to the Food Act (Official Gazette 46/07), its observance is mandatory for all entities dealing with food.
It was precisely with the aim to adjust to the legal regulations, and to offer the highest level of professionalism of our services, that we have adjusted our operation to the HACCP standards required for entities that are obliged to implement such legally prescribed system.
The DDD services within the HACCP framework imply the identification of critical control points where micro organisms, rodents and insects dwell and multiply, and the continuous monitoring and recording of the conditions found in these critical points.
Possible infestations must be dealt with in a way that doesn't pose a risk to the safety of food, and the agents used must be applied in a manner which prevents the contamination of food. Therefore, through a combination of primarily preventive, as well as curative measures, when needed, DDD services should ensure the reduction and cessation of the development and multiplication or absolute extermination of harmful micro organisms, insects and rodents.
By keeping precise records on the conditions present at each predefined critical control point, which are to be designated with a corresponding number on a wall or in a table, and by performing frequent controls in the client's facilities, we meet all the HACCP requirements related to our industry, i.e. perform the DDD services whose implementation is also dictated by the existing legal regulations.
