THE POLICY OF QUALITY CONTROL AND ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND WORK SAFETLY MANAGEMENT
We wish to establish a relationship of mutual benefit with out clients, one in which we will do our best to meet the demands and expectations which fall under our competence. We have been systematically following and consistently applying the relevant regulations of the Republic of Croatia. To achieve credibility, we have employed professional, motivated staff that is constantly developing professionally by attending programmes organised by the vocational association.
We use highly effective, environmentally friendly agents for all our services, and perform them according to the dynamic which is adjusted to the business of our clients. By following new trends, we seek to replace the existing agents with less harmful ones or apply innovative methods that are not harmful to the environment. We apply effective work safety measures and use all the necessary protective equipment that guarantees a high level of general and health safety of our employees. Based on our own knowledge and experience and the experience of other experts in the field we are continuously trying to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Our aspiration is to continuously work on improving the quality of our services, and the implementation of international norms on quality, environment, health and work safety management help us in working toward that goal.
